Hi! I wasn't trying to conceive either, but also got pregnant during this Whole30 that I just finished yesterday (but I plan to stay paleo 99% of the time after this). My cycles have been all weird since I had my last child who is now 9.5!! Charting your cycle really does help, and it is easy to learn how to do it. I use the NFP method described in "The Art of Natural Family Planning." Also, I read a book called "Fertility, Cycles, and Nutrition." While I did not follow the nutrition advice that includes grains and such, I did try the vitamin supplements that were specifically recommended for my particular cycle irregularities/problems. I was just trying to heal my body and get my periods back to how they should be....the pregnancy was a bonus. Good luck to you!!
