I'm really glad to have read your post-- I was hoping to find someone like me who has been "pretty much Paleo" for a long time, but has experienced an actual worsening of cramps. Of course, I'm not happy about our misery, but I'm loving the company. But seriously, glad to know I'm not alone in this.
