After doing much reading and research, I have decided to start the adventure of the Whole30. I finished Day 1. When I started prepping, I thought I was doing this alone and would be cooking two meals a day-one for me and one for my family. Surprisingly, once I shared what I was doing and the health benefits I would see, my family has decided to join me
I cooked and prepped all day yesterday so we were ready for today. Boy am I glad!! My day went completely different from my plans and I got home 2 hours later than I thought I would. I was able to follow one of the "Hot Dish" plans from "Well Fed" and got dinner on the table in 15 minutes. AND...my family loved it!!
I am currently prepping for the Chocolate Chili (also from "Well Fed") so dinner will be ready when we get home tomorrow.
