Sounds like you have a great attitude and are aware of what changes needed to make now that you've mastered the program. I think Whole30 does a great job providing a foundation, from there you can tweak to find out what best works for you. Have you been exercising? I've done 3 rounds of whole30 (2/14, 2/15, 2/16) The first time I did it, I didn't lose any weight. But after eating paleo style a few months later I noticed my clothes fitting much better! So give it time, let your body adjust

I would like to be part of the FB group. You can share the link and it should let us join. That's how the FB group I joined did last time. I was involved in a FB group that started Feb 8th. It was easier to chat, post pictures of meals, etc. Find me on facebook: Carmen Cosentino (North Bethesda, MD)

Congratulations on your NSV victories. I love your plan of celebrating. Celebrate with something other than food. I'm treating myself to a pedicure, I've been putting it off long enough. I'm not familiar, what is orangetheory? It's perfect timing to get back into running. Enjoy the beautiful weather

    1st reintro - GF oatmeal

Today was reintroduction day #1 for me. I reintroduced GF oatmeal as well. I had oatmeal made with wwater and cinnamon topped with a banana and coconut flakes. I was hungry 3 hours later. Next time I will add some protein and more fat. I like the idea of having it with a side of sausage or mixing eggs and coconut oil into it. Great suggestions. So far my energy is fine and nothing else feels different.

Hi everyone! I haven't been responding to this group, but I've read most of the posts.I've been connected through the facebook group. Congratulations, we made it a whole 30 days I'm interested in hearing about NSV's. I'm going to write mine up and share them a little later today. Who's starting reintroduction's? I'm ready. Start Feb. 8th

How's everyone feeling today? I was sick yesterday and sipped some hot decaf green tea with lemon. I found myself extremely hungry yesterday and today so far. Sometime when I get sick I feel hungry. I added in a few snacks, which have helped give me a little extra energy. I made some broth the other day, but the thought of drinking broth yesterday did not appear appetizing. Natural Remedies I used while sick: Rest Hot lemon water (w/decaf green tea sometimes) Hot shower Neti Pot More rest Who's on instagram? Follow me on instagram @tri4health

One tip: Pack peppermint tea or peppermint leaves for after lunch. I know when I did my first whole30 I missed chewing gum after eating. I found peppermint tea was refreshing and I didn't have the leftover taste or smell.

Wow, that's awesome, congratulations. I like the idea of putting post-it notes. View it as, one less post-it, I'm making progress. Rather than " I still have so many more to go!"

    I'm ready. Start Feb. 8th

Hello fellow Whole30ers, I was going to start Wednesday, but decided to go ahead and start today, YAY!. This is my 3rd round of whole30. R1-2/2014, R2-2/2015. i'm looking forward to connecting and sharing this experience with everyone. For the most part I ate mostly paleo until this past summer. I could feel the change in my energy level, mood, and weight gain. I'm looking forward to getting back on track. I'm not an expert by any means, but will try to share my previous experiences to help anyone that needs support

    WholeLent 2016 - starting February 10th.

As for shopping- make a list- this will save you time in the store. Do you have time to cook dinner one night? I suggest making a big batch of well-fed chocolate chili. That will give you leftovers for lunch. Make egg muffins for breakfast, and dinners can vary. I like roasting a big batch of veggies nad potatoes to use as my sides. Then I just need to add protein and fat (avocados are quick).

    WholeLent 2016 - starting February 10th.

I was trying to figure out when to start another whole30. This will be my 3rd round, R1-Feb 2014, R2-Feb2015. Looks like February is the month for me to start. Lent is the perfect timing Looking forward t connecting with others here and on facebook. Last year I created a private facebook group. I see someone has started a page, any interest in having a private group in addition to the page? I also started an instagram to share my food/experiences. I will do that again this year. Follow me @tri4health In good health, Carmen
