I've been active my whole life, starting as a dancer and continuing through college. After I graduated, I stopped dancing and gained some body fat. I wasn't unhappy with my body, but not thrilled either. I ended up getting a job in fitness as a personal trainer. I started crossfitting, and that led me to discover Olympic Weightlifting, and a year later I bgan biking to work (don't be impressed,my car died and I had no choice, haha!).
Currently, I bikee 40-50 miles a week, Crossfit or lift 3-4x a week, and I teach some classes too.
My goals are:
1. Carve out 20 minutes to eat lunch away from my desk
2. Stop eating 2-3 hours before bed
3. Eat more slowly -- enjoy my meals, chew, and don't rush!
