I am on Day 5 of my first whole 30 and I am currently on birth control, but when I went to the bathroom this afternoon I had some dark discharge along with minimal cramping (the kind you get when you know that your period is on its way). I am about 2 weeks away from getting my "scheduled" period and I was wondering if this is a common occurrence even when you are on bc.
