    ITs simple you just put raw chicken in the crock and salt it a bit
    mix a can of pineapple with some garlic, coconut aminos, and mustard (two or three tablespoons each) pour it over chicken and that's it...

    When I did my last round I called it 60 so I would not have a reason to skimp on reintros....my first round I didn't do well at all cause I didn't get my mind around the time it would take. So this last time I just banked on 60 days and it didn't take quite that long but the mind trick of planning too much rather than potentially not enough worked for me...

    was it on the nutrition label? or the ingredient list?
    If it is in the ingredients that means its added and is a no-go
    If it is simply on the nutrition facts it is simply naturally occurring sugar in the food and is fine

    From what I see, (mods will weigh in as well I'm sure and correct me if needed),  it looks like you may not be eating enough. I know for my body if I under eat I will NOT lose weight and have even gained. Our bodies like to feel like they are getting enough nutrition and will not let go of excess weight until its certain that it will be consistently fed. I don't see much fat in your list either. I found that until my meals were substantial enough AND included enough fat I was hungry between meals and I didn't lose much if any weight. I was surprised when eating more food and more fat consistently and I finally saw some weight loss.
    All that said please remember that this is not a weight loss program, weight loss can be a side effect but not always.

    most are ok, but there are a few flavors that do have no no's in them so just make sure you are reading the ingredient label to make sure the exact flavors you want to drink are ok....otherwise enjoy

    Wow the way you describe your pattern really hits with me. I have a very similar thing happen if not the exact thing. I hate it and its powerful. I have never been able to describe it as you have. It is good to hear that I am not alone in experiencing this as the feeling I get really makes me feel crazy at times and while its not something I want anyone to experience its good to know I am not alone.

     I have yet to try the slow cook feature but was given and instant pot for Christmas and LOVE it. I have barely tried it a few times and already can't seem to live without it

    that makes sense, I was just curious. I have made Kimchee (when not on whole 30) and I believe that my recipe did call for just a tiny bit of sugar. I think it could easily just be left out without effecting the results much

    when I use a pound of butter it fills a quart mason jar almost full. If you use salted it is WAY salty. You don't lose any of the salt but do lose some of the quantity so the salt is more concentrated.

    Just to add  my log title is my mantra.....and to be honest I have a hard time believing it sometimes which is another reason I am committing to the whole 30 again.  I am worth it but sometimes I need to remind myself...So if my title sounds a bit "full" its just because I am human and need reminding

    yeah I am pretty sure I will avoid most gluten after today, and milk.  This is my third full round and the first time I have really truly done reintros correctly. And I will not make the choice to eat bagels especially 2 in the future.  I do not feel well...strangely now I feel heartburn like discomfort which I didn't expect

    I haven't in a long time...I guess because I usually eat it with rice and couldn't quite get over that. But using the cabbage really gave it good bulk.

    I used an chopped onion, half a bag of shredded carrot, lots of garlic, fine chopped beef, ginger, coconut aminos and after all that cooked I added a bag of angle hair cabbage and topped with chopped cashews. the cabbage almost made it like a noodle stirfry

    Strangely I would substitute a warm cup of bone broth for my coffee on my last whole 30. I am a hard core cream and sugar drinker too so I was surprised that the warm savory bone broth worked for me...just a thought
