    Jicama and Quinoa

I really think it's amazing and would like to commend Dallas and Melissa for their research in coming up with such a detailed and beneficial plan. To be able to find information such as this about so many different foods all in one place is truly invaluable.

To reintro or not to reintro

Thanks lady m, I agree. Peg, there isn't anything I'm dying to reintro, just wondered if a fresh start (which could work well for me mentally, now I've already completed the whole30 so one day I may decide its technically ok for me to go off plan). And I'm sorry I don't understand your second question about percentage.

To reintro or not to reintro

Basically my question is, is a whole60 better than two whole30's back to back with a reintro in the middle, or is there a difference?

To reintro or not to reintro

It's time for my reintro but I plan on continuing on the whole 30. Should I wait until I'm finished or do reintro and just start a new whole30?

    Chicken stock

If I knew how to post a picture here I could take a pic if the label

    Chicken stock

That seems like it would be it but it neither mentions dextrose or the fact it is less sodium than regular. Hopefully this is something else because I used a very small amount in a recipe.

    Chicken stock

Yes, surprisingly it's Swanson cooking stock. I got it at Walmart. It just seems too good to be true but thanks!

    Chicken stock

Ingredients are chicken stock, salt, carrots, cabbage, onions, celery, celery leaves, parsley. My question is the first ingredient. Do I need to Question What Is in that or do I take it at face value of chicken and water? Thanks

    HELP!! Not eating enough?

Thanks so much guys, eating right sometimes means stepping out of your comfort zone. Im going to work hard to make sure I'm doing this RIGHT! Btw, lunch was a success, a LARGE salad with everything, spinach, arugula, radicchio, broccoli, peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes,... And my dressing was 1/2 an avocado, juice from both 1/2 a lemon and 1/2 an orange, coconut oil and some salt and pepper. I had it with some orange roughy seasoned with orange and lemon juice and salt and pepper. I was very full and I think I nailed it. I could add a dish of fruit with some coconut milk (I'm addicted to that stuff) if that would be better.

    Salad dressings... what's your favorite?

I just tried a version of this with about 1/2 avocado, juice from 1/2 lemon and 1/2 orange, a little (sorry for the pack of measurements) coconut oil and a little salt and pepper. I almost melted in my chair. My salad was full of vegetables; bell peppers, broccoli, tomatoes, cucumbers, spinach... I felt so healthy (and full). I ate it with some orange roughy cooked with just a little orange and lemon juice squeezed on it. Mmmmmm mmmm good!

    Coconut milk

Day 8 and I'm just discovering coconut milk in a can (Coconut milk and water) Where has this been all my life. Can I have this every day? It almost seems like I am cheating it's so good. Is having the solid part with a little fruit SWYPO?

    HELP!! Not eating enough?

I am happily trucking along on this beautiful journey that is Whole30 but I have one concern. I am far too often not eating as much as is suggested. It doesn't leave me hungry, it doesn't cause me to snack or contemplate off plan eating. When I started I loaded my plates with steaksand eggs tons of vegetables fats and fruits but now I just don't have the desire to eat that much. I have to drag myself to the kitchen at times and after making a wonderfully balanced whole30 meal (there are three of us in the house on the plan) I often don't have the desire to eat it. (This happened also when not on the plan, after I cook, I guess I'm just over the whole meal so eating it isn't something I care to do). I always cook new things some meals I have never even had before but I just don't feel like eating them. Sometimes I will make myself eat at least the protein and bites of the other groups. I am on the heavier side (over 200lbs 5'2" ) and I want optimal weight loss and benefits from the whole30. Am I putting my success in jeopardy? Do I really need to make myself eat a complete meal? I am only on day 8 and have already grown tired of eating so much at every meal. Again, I have no problem staying working the 'restrictions' of the plan, just following it when it comes to amounts.

    Apple butter?

Ingredients: apples, apple cider concentrate, cinnamon, citric acid, salt. Is this ok for whole30?
