I would go to a ranch where I could ride my horse anytime anywhere I wanted. I would hire someone well versed on whole30 foods so I didn't or wouldnt have to think about it at all. Not having to worry about cooking or cleaning but just having fun doing what I love to do is my idea of a perfect vacation.
