    Whole90

Still hanging around as I head into Day 39 but almost gave up on Day 37........ everything looked tempting but managed to hold off my temptation. I actually went for a walk instead and got away from all the food in the house which was a win win no matter how you look at it. I do not know if I am eating enough or not enough. Typical day: Meal 1: mixture of sautéed potatoes, onions, peppers, mushrooms and sausage and two to three hard boiled eggs, an orange Meal 2: bowl of chili, salad (with homemade dressing-cesear or ranch), an apple Meal 3: meat (chicken; steak or pork loin), vege (sweet potatoe or broccoli or carrots Lots and lots of water and one cup of black coffee in the morning (Sometimes I might have a handful of nuts or put them in my salad. My daughter thinks that I am eating too much but I think that I am eating enough....... ?????????????????

Day 33 for me also. I am still going strong but my stomach has good days and bad days. Nothing really steady yet. I get a lot of gurgling and a lot of noises. I try to drink a lot of water, maybe I am drinking too much? Today I was not tired when I got up but usually when I get home I am tired. I have increased my fat today so hopefully that will help. Still going strong, I am determined to do at least 60 days but thinking that I might try for 90! I am also going to try to do more exercise. I twisted my knee when I fell down the stairs, lost my footing. So it is slow going.

Thank you. And yes I do think that is my problem that I am not getting enough fat at my meals.

Good Morning Everyone, I hope I can join this thread. I started on Jan 1,2016.... and I wanted to do more than just 30 days. I am on day 32. I love reading all the threads. Especially about tiger blood, I had it and now it has gone. I have felt really tired. But the information about not eating enough might ring true. I will adjust a little and see how that goes! Thank you to all for all the information!

    CALLING ALL JANUARY 1ST WHOLE30ERS!

Day 19 Feeling good, this time around I am finding that I am enjoying my food a lot more than the first two times I did the Whole30. I eat only three meals a day where before I found that I might have to have a snack. I can not believe how well I feel. Maybe because I have incorporated some exercise this time, joined a Tae Box class with my daughter who keeps me motivated to go. Alone I probably would have quit by now. Keep up the good work everyone, I enjoy reading all of your posts! :D

Good Morning Everyone. I am back and sounds like everyone is getting into the swing of it all..... Weekends for me are hard and easy.... like others I just go go go......... so sometimes finding a moment is a little hard, even to get on the forum. Well day 18....... were has the time gone! I have hit the TIGER BLOOD also and have more energy...... my pantry looks amazing, cleaned it out, my husband said take a picture it looks so good ! I feel really good and wonder why I do not eat like this all the time...... o yeah, ALL those temptations! Over half way there! I am thinking that I may continue for as long as I can after Day 30...... is there anywhere that shows a timeline for after Day 30? Another start to a brand new week.... let's make those good choices!

Good Morning Everyone! Did not sleep very well last night, hard to get to sleep and hard to stay asleep so a little tired and cranky. Did well yesterday, had a supervisor's meeting yesterday with lunch served. As everyone was dining on delicious bruschetta, manicotti, grilled chicken (did not know how it was cooked so stayed away) and yummy deserts..... I had salad and fruit, and a couple of boiled eggs. And although everything looked wonderful, I was not even tempted so that is a NSV ! Day 14......... Keep up the good work everyone!

Day 11 After reading some of the posts, have to say I am a little jealous...... Soooooooooooo hot ! I live at the other spectrum................ soooooooooooooo cold! Woke up this morning to -27 with a wind chill of -35! But as I am use to it, I just chug on and I know that this too will end! Can hardly wait ! We have been spoiled this winter and it has been absolutely beautiful up until Saturday when the cold spell hit so I am not complaining as this could be months on end, a week or two is a lot more bearable! Made it through the weekend, not a lot of fancy meals but still complement! Our big dinner on Saturday turned out amazing! My daughter was leaving on Sunday for her last semester of Law School, so we had a little celebration. So some of her friends and our family. The spaghetti sauce we made was complement, the ceasar dressing we made was complement ........ and everyone raved about the dinner. They did not know how healthy they were eating. It is nice to know that healthy can also be tasty! Have to say that I am glad to be back to my routine! Makes doing the Whole30 a lot easier! I am a little tired but that could just be the weather! Other than that the bad bloating at the end of the day seems to have gone for now! Keep up the good work everyone!
