    Is this question for me? I have eaten for 2 meals once during my Whole30.
     
    I normally have eggs for breakfast, chicken or fish for lunch and lamb or beef for dinner.
     
    On Monday however, I had eggs for breakfast and then got home and realised I wanted eggs for dinner as well, rather than the chilli I had made.
     
    On Tuesday, I had chilli for breakfast.

    Things I have learned during my Whole 30: 3 is my Meal 1 portion of eggs, 4 is my meal 3 portion of eggs!

    Colleague, eating some kind of cheese-flavoured snack 'I can't stop eating these. I can't even taste them any more. I just can't stop eating them.'
     
    Another colleague bragged about the fact that the tub of soup he had for lunch had only 210 calories in it. I didn't tell him that in my opinion, 200-ish cals of veggies is a great side-dish and he just needs to add some fat and protein and he'll be set!

    From a coworker who was sitting across from me drinking a Diet Coke and eating a teriyaki bowl that was 3/4 white rice and 1/4 tofu drenched in sugary teriyaki sauce, while I drank water and ate grilled steak and sautéed veggies:
     
    "You're lucky you're so naturally fit. I could be as skinny as you if I didn't have to work for it."
     
    (Hint: Everyone has to work for it!)

    Maybe genuinely, without any snark, just curiosity, ask "How would you know?" or "Do you honestly think I am less healthy now than a year ago?" I doubt she'd be able to answer that.

    Me: I want pizza (from a specific chain)
    AB: No you don't! You're doing great!
    Me: But it sounds so good!
    AB: No, it sounds like a lot of luke-warm fake food delivered to you that will make you feel terrible mentally and physically.
    Me: You're right, I'll make bacon instead.
