    Lumpy coffee with coconut milk?

    I also used a whisk for my tea and coconut milk - it worked and then just swirled it every now and then before drinking it (keep a lid on it then you can't see the separation !! LOL) I now have a magic bullet and that is how I blitz it and it works great for iced tea/coffee too.

    TRICKED on day 27

    I agree !! 27 days of pain free ?? !!! why not - continue for that reason only ! I have been doing this since 9/2014 for plantar fasciitis pain... and have been pain for the majority of the time. Unless - I partake of the things that I shouldn't ... then there is a bit of a set back and then I get it all straightened out and back to pain free. Good luck on your journey !

    Hi there !! You have come a long way - by reading your before menu !! Keep it up !! I have a suggestion for breakfast... If you like cooked cabbage, it is yummy. (I didn't realize that I would like cabbage as much as I do) I also fry up gr beef, and also use sw potatoes, but have also made it with shredded cabbage and broccoli slaw. sauté it all together and then I add a bit of coconut milk if I want it creamy. Today I added my sw. potato soup in it along with coconut milk. It was seriously delish. I agree with changing the thinking about breakfast lunch dinner. I now go by M1,2,3 and it has really helped me to get out of my own head about what was acceptable to eat. I eat to nourish my body, not by what 'breakfast' should be. Hope to read more of your successes !

  9. I have done 3 whole 30's. and the 2nd is WAAAYYY harder !! you have lots of hands here to help you back up-!! take 1 day at a time. Get that day under your belt and move onto the next. Just be prepared... cook on the weekends, no leaving your self in a bind - then there is no excuse why you can't eat a compliant me. Good luck and can't wait to hear how you do !

    I also have foot pain... and yes dairy affects me the same way - as well as gluten. I think gluten affects it more - but dairy does not help

    I have always just eaten 'bare' ! love it that way, nothing to get in the way of the true flavor.
