    Natural Flavors added to food?

I contacted Twining on the "natural Flavors" in their Cold Brewed Ice teas. This was their reply. We do know on our end what would be Whole 30 compliant, that is not our program but here is some information to help...Since a Nutritional Panel is not mandatory for packaging regulations for tea and tea does not have a substantial amount of nutritional content that can be measured (other than what is added by consumers such as sweetener or milk). We opted to use the carton real estate to convey the flavour description and other helpful and mandatory information (such as ingredients, brewing instructions, etc.).Herbal Black Teas & Pure Green Tea• Caffeine – 0g Caffeine – 34g / 30g• Calories – 35-40 Calories – 0 • Sugar/Sweetener – 0g Sugar/Sweetener – 0g• Fat – 0g Fat – 0g• Sodium – 0g Sodium – 0g• Carbohydrate – 0g Carbohydrate – 0g• Protein – 0g Protein – 0gBlack & Green Teas with Fruit• Caffeine – 34g / 30g• Calories – 35-40 calories• Sugar/Sweetener – 0g• Fat – 0g• Sodium – 0g• Carbohydrate – 0g• Protein – 0gNatural flavouring means it is derived by the named fruit-spice or by another fruit-spice that produces an identical or similar flavour profile (e.g. Honeybush, Mandarin & Orange herbal blend has specifications that it contains ‘other natural flavours’ which may well be a derivative from lemon or tangerine, while Pomegranate & Raspberry blend may contain cherry). It is the right balance of all of these components that give a particular flavouring its specific taste. The flavourings used in Twinings products are unique to us, and our team of master blenders. They work closely with our flavour makers to find just the right tasting flavour for each product. We are unable to break down the exact composition of the flavourings because this information is proprietary to our flavour manufacturers but we can assure you that all ingredients (natural or artificial) have been tested, we use no animal products, and we are also FDA approved, and are safe to be consumed.

What A Serving of Eggs Looks Like

I need to use your palm size for planning meals
  3. Cconnor91188 When I get like that it is stress usually. During my first attempt my anxiety rose and I was having bad thoughts of hurting myself but it did pass. There is light at the end of the tunnel and it is NOT attached to the front of an on coming train. *HUGGLES*

    Affording Whole30 on a Budget

I will look at EvCoconut oil, I found out other day that I was cooking wrong with Olive oil (is probably why my omelettes are scorched a tad. I've never been to one but I did a search and found that there are two two farmer's markets in town, but both are ended till spring so I will have to look then. I don't think Wal-mart has a butcher but I will ask Good thing is the cupboard that i have the dressing in is over the sink and the sun never gets to it as the window is in the wrong place for the sun to get into the kitchen.

    Affording Whole30 on a Budget

emalli87 I am like you, I only get $1000 a month on my retirement, I've cut everything I can off leaving me only the internet and a cell phone. But unfortunately I'm stuck shopping at Wal-mart. I am struggling to keep my food budget under $200 I've had people pressure me to go on food stamps but there are others worse off than me. MY expensive items are mainly one to two boxes of 32 burgers 100% beef.. 2 boxes of eggs ( total of 60 eggs). I buy frozen veggies like green beans and broccoli, but notice the Green Beans are less for same price now and the Broccoli has become mostly stems.. more expensive to get the heads >.> If I can afford it I get cabbages and now also russet potatoes, love mushrooms but the price.. >.<. I might have to look at canned but they always have junk in with the mushrooms. I need to buy a new knife that is sharp and learn to cut up tomatoes so I don't know price on them because I have to buy canned ones and they have stuff added. My seasons are all 5th Season unless there is one i can't get (Curry.. will cost me $2.34) Sea salt lasts a long time so a rare purchase. I get Spinach in a bag, but I haven't found a good way to store it so have to use it quick and don't always have enough to get more then one bag once I've run out. I was getting 5lb chicken breasts but for the price of that I get about 15 or so meals out of it, where if I get 5lb rolls of ground Beef I can use it in soup and stretch that to about 20 meals depending on how much soup I eat at a sitting. My "splurge" Items are Olive oil, I try for extra virgin cold press first press and in dark glass bottles not majorly exposed to light (read that light affects olive oil badly) .One is for cooking and the other for Vinaigrette dressing. And Coconut Milk which I use in my eggs. I have to start looking at Teas now cause I was buying bigalows and mixing with wal marts black tea but didn't realize those aren't as healthy and I have to get real teas. Which is going to cost.

What A Serving of Eggs Looks Like

I am actually contemplating trying to eat that many but I'd make myself sick I try to stick with 4 eggs with coconut milk and with either green beans or broccoli or even a mix. But I do admit I keep wanting to add a hamburger patty, that would be 2 different protein sources but would overwhelm the portions of veggies.

    Approved sausage?

Does anyone know about http://silvasausage.com/ ? I have confirmed they ship their products anywhere in the U.S. but am awaiting a reply from them on if any of their products are Whole 30 compliant. I love Portuguese Linguica and if I can find compliant (that I can afford) that just made my cabbage soup even that much better ^,^. And Chorizo in scrambled eggs is fantastic
