    Day 3 and feeling great; but getting the headache today from sugar and cafiene withdrawal. I am cutting my coffee slowly...but today was quite a bit less than yesterday. I have had a ton of success whenever I cut out the coffee..and I really want to cut it completely for good. I started a from-home crossfit routine today as well...this is my first foray; but I have researched it for about two years...those 0:20 second handstands are no joke!

    Hi, my name is heather; and this is my fourth Whole30...I am actually NOT putting a 30 day deadline on my lifestyle this time....I am living the whole30 program as a lifestyle change...and after 30 days I may introduce some things, but I plan to basically eat this way for 90% of my meals indefinately. I found this forum to be extremely helpful during my previous Whole30...so here I am.

    Great job on getting to Day 15! I'm sure you will see more improvements in the area; just keep at it. I do believe that the whole 30 has helped me with my joint pain...I go fairly hard with my training; and both knees; and my right shoulder; have benefited from the program. This is my third round; and I guess it wasn't until the end of my second w30 that I really started noticing the relief. I wasn't taking any other supplements at the time; and the pain went away about a week after starting the fish oil. Maybe you could change up the brand? ISWF recommends the "Stronger, Faster, Healthier" brand.

    I would think you could try ordering some things online. Also, can you guys get Moose? Some game would be a nice addition to your diet. Try the frozen foods section of your WalMart...you're gonna have to get creative. Good Luck!

    Good morning; and thanks for listing your site. Your blog does have some tempting treats...but if you have read ISWF...M&D really advise against "cheats" (even post-w30.) Many of us have had serious problems with food and sugar for YEARS...so to add these types of things back into our diet; after we have worked so hard...can sometimes cause us to backslide. For me, I have gone off-roading twice now...and had to start all over again. Now I am doing a Whole 100...to try and re-set my thinking for good. We'll see if I'll be able to try a few of those recipes in April, or May...maybe.

    truly LOL! Kombucha does have a laxative effect...which is helpful for those of us who need that side effect.

    I would really like for you to post this in another forum where a moderator might chime in. Maybe "troubleshooting your whole 30"... I guess you could have just eaten something that didn't agree, it could be detox, or you could need to implement the no eggs process...which I have read about; but don't have experience with. A moderator might have more insight. I hope you are feeling better today.

    Hugs! Hang in there...it gets better..you are just in the "Kill All The Things" phase...which will only last a day or two, if it hasn't passed already. I'm more concerned with your stress level, and the number of ours you are cooking. Can you simplify that at all? How about cooking meals for yourself on weekends; and freezing them individually? What about making things in the slow cooker while you are at work? If you really enjoy more complex meals; then you could always make one or two a week...in big batches; and freeze the leftovers for yourself. Also, if the family eats it; then they eat it, if not, then freeze your portions in single servings; and take them for lunch. I have tons of ideas for this...I work 40 hours a week, have a man, and three kids; exercise 6-8 hours a week; and am working on my own business as well...so I can relate! My house is not as neat and tidy as I would like...but I am trying to prioritize my goals.     Good Morning; and so glad you have joined us! I noticed that you mentioned joint paid (which I have struggled with as well!) Do you take a fish oil supplement? I just started taking this; have seen it for years, and just thought it was bogus...but it actually works. Try it, and let me know what happens... Also, I try to get through, and address every post; however, this forum has been way more popular than I could have imagined! Had some coconut as a snack (typically have not been snacking; but it was either that...or cave...and I will NOT cave!) gotta make it through 'till I get home and have some chocolate chili!
