    Day 14. Almost 1/2 way! Still having craving for food in the evening. Sometimes I am eating a mandorin or berries which I understand doesn't break the psychological barrier but is better than chocolate & icecream! Skoshi

    Hi! I'm Skoshi from California. Day 9 - skin looks great! I don't feel my age. Really happy I did not fall off the wagon face first into the German Chocolate cake my daughter made for my husband's birthday. It smelled delicious. Also staved off treats at a friend's birthday bash, bringing bacon wrapped scallops & shrimp helped!

    Yay! Although I did eat olive oil potato chips but since I did not cheat on my self or my commitment I'm going to keep going. Thanks for the news.

    Help! Looking for input. Don't ask how but somehow I thought potatoes were on the good, ok to eat list. So now I'm on day 8 and figured out I wasn't really compliant, even though I thought I was. So, do I need to start over? Or do I keep going since I did not cheat on my self? Today is my husband's birthday and I know if I have to start over I will end up completely falling off today. Frankie

    Day 4 - Proud of myself, I made my own chicken stock yesterday; I made a lunch date to walk the dogs/baby with my neighbor for tomorrow, and another walking date with another friend on Thursday after work. When I felt like killing something I chopped kindling.

    New to this, I want to be successful, my doctor says I need to lose weight. Drinking my coffee black isn't necessarily fun but put in perspective it's not super hard.
