    Roll call: November Whole30s!

    Hello everyone! I am starting my first Whole30 today. I'm not too worried about most of the food choices, and I already cook a lot. But the wine and margaritas and twice weekly mexican food .... oh my, giving up that part will be hard. I am 51 and have been an athlete all my life. Love to work out - just get lazy with eating sometimes, and when I drink I make poor food choices - and over the last few months I have gained quite a bit of weight. Looking forward to dropping some of this extra weight and feeling better - when I am at an ideal weight and eating clean, I feel better than I did at 30! I'm looking forward to the comradere and support.
