    Roll call: November Whole30s!

Hello All! Tomorrow will complete my first week on Whole 30! Although I was going to cheat and weigh myself, I am now going to refrain from doing so due to 'that time of the month.' This is where my question lies. To all women: How did you feel during this time? I actually feel bloated; something I haven't felt all week. I have barely eaten all day, but feel as though I ate a whole jug of salt! I'd love to hear everyone else's experience.

    *December 5 Start Date- NERVOUS!

Hi Jackay! Today is day 5 for me and I feel the same! A lot less bloated. I actually haven't had any withdrawal symptoms (thankfully) but I had small cravings here and there- mostly at night. I have also been going to the gym and I seem to have a lot more energy while there than normal.

Hello All! Happy to say that I started on Friday and stayed compliant throughout the whole weekend! Today is day 4 and I do not feel as "bloated" as I normally do. Last night I was craving something sweet but just ignored it. I woke up tired today, even after going to bed early, but I think that is normal, right? I plan on going to the gym tonight to do cardio and weights. I have made a small goal for myself of going to the gym 3 times this week (at least). How is everyone else doing?

    *December 5 Start Date- NERVOUS!

Hi Newbie! I know I will be going through some sort of withdrawl from sugar, caffeine, etc. It sounds crazy to start on a Friday, but if I can start over a weekend, then I know I can do this. I usually prep my meals as it is, but I actually decided to order 10 days worth of meals from premadepaleo.com. They have a Whole30 section as well as paleo foods. I have never ordered "food delivery" before, but I thought it would be a good idea so that I can 1. Make sure I am eating enough and 2. Not use "oh, it's late, let me just eat this.." as an excuse." I am going to make a mark on my calendar for the 6 week mark. From all of the research I have done, it seems like you need to get past the first month to reallly understand how good this is for you. It makes sense, though. How is your first day going?

Hi Joci! Thank you so much for your response! I know that mentally, I am ready. I just have to remember why I am doing this in the first place. Have you lost any weight during your first Whole30? I am looking to lose weight, but after a lot of research, have noticed so many other positive results from this.

Hi Everyone! I am new to the group and new to the Whole30. I will be starting on Friday, December 5th. I am nervous but ready. I am so tired of being, well, tired. I was always in great shape until the past year. Life got in the way and out went my regular gym schedule and healthy eating habits. I don't feel like myself and when I see photos of what I look like it's really hard to believe. I would love some support through this process. How has everyone been doing? What are some results everyone has seen? I look forward to hearing from you guys!
