I've always considered myself somewhat of a gym rat. I was never too concerned about what I was eating, I figured that as long as I hit hard in the gym, the results would come. If I knew then, what I know know, I could of saved soooo much time. Whole 30 was really the first step in making me pay attention to what I was putting in my mouth.
