    Anyone planning to jump in on January 1st? Join me!!

    I started my very first Whole 30, 1 January 2015. I quit sugar on the 26 of December and I am looking forward to eating differently....Looking at it as lifestyle change not a diet. Tired of eating junk and want to eat healthy. My husband is on board but not as committed to it as me and that's ok. If I could quit smoking in 2000, cold turkey and not cheat since, I can do this. Just wish I would have done it sooner.
