  1. Are you still hanging in there? I started on May 26th and am starting to feel good (but bored!)
  2. We just found out we're pregnant with number six - conceived right smack in the middle of the Whole30. I think the nutrition definitely helped me, as I think I'm somewhat insulin resistant (I have high blood sugar that I have to control with diet during the last months of my pregnancy). I also chart, as we are practicing Catholics that use NFP. So it does help for seeing when you ovulate and for checking that you have a long enough luteal phase. Best wishes, Cavegirlmegan!
