  1. Yep. Just drink water. I actually really like a variety of herbal teas but I haven't really had a milky brew since my first w30 in May 2014. I thought it'd be the first thing I went back to, but it wasn't as good as I remembered. And I feel better when I don't consume dairy. So yep. Stick with the water. If you want to investigate herbal tea my current favourites are earl grey rooibos, Taylor's sweet rhubarb, a pukka herbal chai and twinings lime and ginger.
  2. I get smoked salmon and smoked bacon from lidl.
  3. Good spot! On the gf sausages page it lists as vegetable flakes but on the gf chipolata page this is specified as pea flakes. Disappointing, Abel & Cole.
  4. The Debbie & Andrew ones aren't compliant, sulphites are strictly disallowed in the whole 30 rules. I too make my own just with minced meat and various seasonings (no casing) but you can buy compliant ones from Abel and Cole online.
  5. The trickiest thing I've struggled to find compliant here is mustard, especially dijon. The Co-op do a compliant dijon and wholegrain mustard but they are the only ones I've found. The Waitrose Cook's ingredients coconut milk (with a blue label) is the best flavoured of all the compliant coconut milks (some are compliant but have the carboxy methyl cellulose in which I think tastes icky). Morrisons also do compliant coconut milk pouches - own brand. I buy coconut aminos on Amazon. I do most of my shopping in Lidl and get compliant smoked salmon and bacon there - just the bas
  6. This morning I had a quick version of the paleomg buffalo chicken 'pasta'. Fried some already chopped onions, added zoodles, already cooked chicken and some carrot strips made with my peeler. Heated it all, dumped mayo and Frank's on top, heated it more. Utterly delicious.
  7. Curry for breakfast today! the grilled chicken in curry sauce from the w30 book (oven baked not grilled). With green beans, cauli rice and cocoa toasted cauliflower. All leftovers, all delicious. I'm sad it's gone.
  8. A rare eggless breakfast for me - chicken meatballs, zoodles and baba ganoush. I took a photo but don't know how to embed it.
  9. Melissa's chicken and apple hash today. Again I added an entirely optional egg. I do love eggs.
  10. How I love those Elvis burgers. On this week's menu I think.
  11. Leftovers this morning. Fiesta pork chops, cauliflower rice, green beans.
  12. This morning I've got leftover chicken meatballs, green beans, spinach and pesto (meatballs and pesto recipes from the new w30 book). I did have a couple of fried eggs with mine, because I really like eggs, but it would have been just as delicious without.
