I just had my 68th birthday. I retired early and we moved to be closer to our only child and her family - husband and 3 grands. Long story - ha. We built a home for all of us to live in - I cook most meals, care for the 3 grands - ages now are 6, 7, and 12 (soon to be 13 - Yikes). Winter is upon us and I need to get some movement going - ugh - I'm a much better mover and shaker in the warmer weather!
My main goal is to shake the bad food I've been eating, conquer my emotional eating/snacking, and feel more like keeping up and entertaining our grandchildren.
That being said - I want to feel like I can get on an airplane and fit into a seat without feeling like a stuffed sausage!
