I'm also starting tomorrow! Following this thread.
  3. I can absolutely sympathize because I also have Fibromyalgia and I also have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I also have an 18 month old daughter. Luckily my husband help me and I grocery shop online with Instacart which really helps with energy!! Someone else does my shopping for me and delivers it....but I'm definitely worried about the prep sapping my energy. Trying to keep it simple. Starting my Whole30 4/16!

    Trying this again...

Hi all! I'm a 38 year old mom to a 18 month old little girl and I need to get healthy. My husband and I want to eat healthy and change our lives. I have fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome and was just diagnosed with premature ovarian failure which is an autoimmune disorder. I am overweight and honestly.... I feel miserable most days. I love my child and my husband so much but I have no energy and can't move easily so every day is hard. My doctor told me I NEED to do a Whole 30 to do a restart of my system and I'm totally ready....about 3 years ago I tried and lasted about 20 days. So, I'm back again and I need ideas before I really start of how to do this as easily as possible with a toddler and with low energy....help. I want to be successful and I've started making my grocery list. But, give me SIMPLE meal ideas. I think simple is key for me. Thank you!! I'm excited to feel better.
