    The Cleveland Clinuc article cited is certainly a quick snapshot of a complete study. Still, is does imply that if you are genetically predisposed to metabolizing dietary cholesterol in a way that adversely affects your lipid profile, you may need to consider changing parts of your diet. No one thing will work the same way for everyone.
  2. Hi! I suffer from psoriasis and have been able to use diet to keep it under control in the past. Lately, work/life/everything is so stressful that compliance is practically impossible. However, I do know this: very often, sensitivities to eggs are connected specifically to skin conditions. Rather than go all in on AIP (which makes Whole 30 feel like a walk in the park), try eliminating eggs for three weeks while maintaining your Whole 30 lifestyle for a bit longer. I am able to eat them now, but I have found that relying on them daily is overdoing it - for me. Try and see what works for you.

    January 2 Start Date! Anyone else?

    This is my first Whole 30 in over three years! The last one was in July of 2015 so I feel like a beginner again. I just really need to get a handle on some bad habits. Last time I lost about 5 lbs, but I’m within 15 lbs of my goal weight so that was good even though I was disappointed at the time. Does anyone keep a journal for this?
