Yes, ditto here. On the 3-month pill and wasn't due to have my period for another 6 weeks. Surprise! And I'm normally 4-5 days light-to-normal, but this one is at 9 days and counting (!) and heavy. What gives??! Don't recall reading anything like this in either of the Whole30 books... How can eating healthy change menstral cycles (especially when they're artificially controlled via the pill)?
