  1. I am in my first reintroduction phase- legumes. We had peanut butter in the morning, peas in our lunch and bean salad with our dinner. (We are doing sugar seperately down the line...and I'm skipping soy because I already know I don't want it.) I am very surprised that I am experiencing stiff joints and muscle knots during the following Whole30 days. Anyone else get joint and/or muscle stiffness from legumes??
