  1. Hi everyone! I am starting my second Whole 30 on Monday, 1/16/23. The last one was, I don't know, over 5 years ago. It was wonderful, I felt the best I had since my first pregnancy, and BLEW IT all on my first day of supposed reintroduction. I did not plan well, had a glass of wine, pasta and dessert for dinner the next night. So this time I'm hoping to reset my gut health, reintro properly and learn what foods trigger me. Fingers crossed beans aren't on my permanent "only if you want to suffer the consequences" list. Anyhow, here we go!
