This is really helpful and comforting to read. I'm 5 days into my Whole30 and my period started yesterday, which is 10 days early for me. Not that my period has been like clockwork forever, but it's been regular for the past 3 months, and this really caught me off guard as I've been using a progesterone cream to help balance my hormones this month. Good to know that others have seen fluctuations!
