    Starting February 1st!

    Hello All. I started, or continued on with my first W30 on January 31. My first attempt at W30 I was doing great and on day 27 was not prepared well and had a stressull and ate some non compliant food. So I am going for round 2 and my goal is to be prepared all the time and make it to day 30! I am feeling good. I am breaking my bad and unhealthy relationship with food. Good luck everyone.

    It is day 31. I weighed myself today and I lost 11.8lbs. I am very pleased with that. I also feel like I am getting control of my sugar and chocolate addiction. I want to continue with eating W30 complaint for several reasons; 1. I did not make it all 30 days being compliant, so I am restarting today. 2. I want to continue to get control over my bad eating habits, I still have lots to learn but feel I am on the right track, and 3. I want to loose more weight, and this is a sensible way to do that. So I am not at the reintroduction stage, but I am happy with what I have accomplished and will continue to eat compliant! Good luck everyone!

    Well here we go, we start today. I am looking forward to it. I just finished my first W30 and am continuing on. I made it to day 27 and then had a bad day where I was not prepared, but the good news is I learned how important it is to be prepared. Gonna make it to day 30 this time! Good luck everyone!

    Hello Everyone, I am ashamed to admit it, but I fell off the wagon. I had a bad day, was not as well prepared as I thought I was, and I ate some non compliant food. I am not going to beat myself up over this. I will just continue with my Whole 30. I will get back in the saddle so to speak. I am planning on continuing my W30 beyond January 30th. Healthy eating everyone.

    Heather, if you have the Whole 30 book there is a recipe in there for egg free mayonnaise. Hope that helps.

    Hello Everyone! Day 25 is a wrap! I worked out this morning! Pre workout meal - hand full of almonds Post workout meal- baked potato, leftover roast beef M1- 4 scrambled eggs with spinach and tomato, 1/2 avocado, raspberries M2- Chicken chowder, apple snack - almonds M3- leftover roast beef, roasted broccoli, homemade mayonnaise Healthy eating everyone!

    Way to go Heather! Good for you! DonnaR we are on the home stretch! It is hard to believe that we are almost done! I am feeling so good! I am going to do another Whole 30, I will just continue on. My focus will be to eat pre workout and post work meals, and to work out! Ha ha! Anyway, good luck to all!     Hello All, I have not been posting as regularly as I did at the start, but things are going well. When I am at work a lot of my colleagues are interested in my lunch. I discuss Whole 30 with them, and that is about as far as it goes. I am feeling good, still eating compliant, and still eating to many nuts. In one of my earlier posts I mentioned eating nuts, I think for comfort, emotional eating. So I am still trying to break that bad connection with food. I know I will do another Whole 30 after this one. I do feel so much better eating healthy than how I was eating before! Now to break this emotional\habitual eating! Healthy eating everyone!

    Well Day 20 is a wrap and starting Day 21. I cannot believe how fast it is going by. I have been very tired lately, not sure why. I had a late night meeting last night and when I got home I was exhausted. I sat on the couch to watch the news and before I knew it I was eating almonds, and eating more almonds, and eating more almonds! I realized that I was eating because I was tired and not because I was hungry. That was an interesting insight into my unhealthy eating habits. So, I have made a mental note to myself to be more aware of what I am doing and eating when I am tired. I have already decided to do another Whole 30 after I have complete this one. I do feel better when I am eating good food and not eating junk or fast food. Healthy eating everyone!

    Hello Everyone, I had a great day! I am feeling very good, but am exhausted at about 7:00 pm! Sheesh, do not what is going on with me! M1- 3 scrambled eggs with spinach, sweet potato M2- 1 stuffed pepper, spinach salad with basic vinaigrette, apple M3- chili (from Whole 30 book), roasted cauliflower, broccoli, acorn squash Healthy eating everyone!
