    We're almost done! I can't be eve it! This round went really well. My skin is clearer. I don't crave junk or sweets anymore. My family is saying I look like I've lost weight. I feel awesome! I hope everyone else feels as good as I do.

    This round of W30 is speeding by! I can't believe we're almost done! My sugar cravings are gone (I think and hope). I do like to have an orange and a handful of pistachios with some green tea when I watch tv at night. At least it's not the junk I would snack on before. This is the only snack I have in between meals now so I think that's progress! One of my in laws was saying my hair looks healthier, fuller and she was asking what shampoo I'm using now!

    Still going pretty strong! I'm getting pretty used to not having rice or breads. I miss my legumes though. I think those will be brought back first on my list. What is everyone else going to reintroduce?

    Moving along pretty well. I'm not missing the rice and breads anymore. This routine has become pretty regular now. I still can't get rid of the habit of having line an orange wroth or without a handful of nuts while watching TV at night. Yes it's healthy and W30 compliant but why should I have it?

    Two weeks done! Almost halfway. Friday, we all hang out at my mom's house and she ended up making these spinach, potato, onion, fritters which I love but aren't W30 friendly. So when I declined she was surprised but I told her what I was doing to some extent. What was really surprising was that I didn't feel deprived at all by saying no. Just said maybe next time mom and left it at that. AND I took a pack of my cauliflower rice so I could still eat the main meal. Felt good!

    Day 11 and hopefully everyone is moving along well. For the past couple of nights, I've been having trouble sleeping and then I keep waking up throughout the night. I didn't have this issue in my first round. It's anyone else going through this as well?

    I ate those everyday in my first round of W30 last year! I never thought of making them with chicken. That's such an awesome idea! I would brush my muffin pan with olive oil and they never stuck.

    You should really look into Melissa's newest edition, Food Freedom Forever. She covers exactly what you're talking about and how to move ahead. It's like what to do after our 30 days are done. I'm doing this round just to follow with that book. Hope that helps!

    Week 1 is over! It went by pretty quickly and not too bad. I'm noticing I'm not that hungry anymore in between meals. And I now know not to overstuff myself. I am going to try to keep this habits forever. How's everyone else doing? Hope you're all ready for week 2!

    We're almost done with week 1!! The first few days seemed really hard. I felt unsatisfied after my meals. I guess my body had gotten so used to the feeling of being stuffed instead of just full. But now I'm moving away from it. For the first time in like forever, last night I slept really well. Like no interruptions! Felt really good! Hope everyone is having a good weekend and sticking with the plan.

    You can usually find it in the produce section that is refrigerated. Its basically bags of cauliflower bits. Costco didn't have it last year when I did my first W30. I did put in a request for it in their suggestion box. I'm so happy they actually listened!

    Happy day 4 everyone! Here's a really helpful tip that saved me so opportunity much time in my last round. I buy cauliflower rice from Costco and those are fairly large bags. I then measure out single servings and freeze them in ziploc bags. Date them so you know which ones are older. It still turns out to be good roasted cauliflower rice! That still saves me so much time and the insane mess cauliflower tends to make.

    Hope everyone is moving on strong! My mom came back home after a long trip overseas and she brought this one candy that is only found there. So of course I had to decline. Just said to myself I won't have them now but will just save them for afterwards. Keeping myself under control made me so much stronger. Does anyone else feel the same way. Gives you fuel to keep going. On to day 4 everyone!
