Week one done and dusted! Day 8 for me here in Australia. Feeling pretty good today, even though I had a rubbish nights sleep last night. I had a hard time eating anything yesterday, I felt quite nausea's and had very little appetite. This definitely hit my sleep as I think I was hungry. Made myself breakfast this morning (which I never do) scrambled eggs with clarified butter and smoked salmon. Very delicious. I just need to add some veg in there to fill me up as I was hungry by 10:30 am.

Hi everyone one, I have found compliant bacon https://organicmeatonline.com.au/products/nitrate-free-bacon-certified-free-range It's expensive, and it seems you have to buy it in bulk. I haven't bought any so can not vouch for the taste. I am just going to stick to compliant prosciutto, which I can easily get from Aldi.

Day 4 for me! Currently eating my lunch, which is compliant green curry chicken, sweet potato and spinach. Headaches have seemed to pass which is great!Last night I was pretty tired so didn't head into CrossFit, but slept well which is excellent. Don't quite want to "Kill all the things" but definitely more irritable than I normally am. Planning on making a bunless burger with home fries for dinner tonight! Hope everyone is doing well

The start of Day 3 for me here in Australia, and back to work after the holidays :-( It was hard to get up this morning as I’m not sleeping well, I’m hoping the Whole 30 will help with this. I’ve had a constant headache for the past 2 days which has intensified this morning - hoping this will pass soon. I’m also really struggling to eat breakfast, my last whole 21’s this passed somewhere in week 2. Hope everyone is staying strong. I’m just hanging in there this morning.

Just an update on the Woolworth's Gold Stock. Turns out the beef stock has Red Wine in the ingredients so not compliant. Chicken is compliant though!

The Woolworth's Gold, Chicken,Beef and Vegetable stock is also compliant! Just chicken, water and veg! It's around $6/500 mL so isn't cheap either.

Just a word of warning Australians! Day 23 into my Whole 30 and I was comparing supplement labels of a Vitamin B supplement (in the cupboard but haven't taken) and a Vitex supplement I've been taking for the last 3 days, both from the same company - different labels standards The Vitamin B supplement says it is free from Gluten, lactose, nuts, shellfish, sugar, dairy, egg, fish, sesame seeds, soy. No artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. The Vitex supplement says Gluten, lactose, nuts, shellfish, dairy, egg, fish, sesame seeds. No artificial flavours I contacted the company as I was confused as to whether the Vitex potentially contains Soy, Sugar and Preservatives, as it doesn't list that it is free from. And YEP! the company got back to me, that yes indeed the Vitex contains SOY!!! So, even if it isn't listed in the ingredients, or free from - it can still be there. Apparently under the Therapeutic Goods and Administration (TGA) labelling allergens is not a requirement!

My favourite brand is the Almare brand from Aldi. Ingredients are Salmon (97%) Salt (3%) Which hot smoked salmon brand have you found thats compliant? I have yet to find one!

Most of the Prosciutto and Smoked Salmon (not hot smoked salmon!) sold in Australia is also compliant. Although you must read your labels, but I've found it very easy to find both.
