    I think for a crowd a platter of veggies with some meatballs/kebabs is the way to go. Other party food could be baked wings

    Add some boiled eggs with little bit of mustard and cilantro. Use it as a filling for lettuce rolls or a side with protien

    hey, i also suggest you keep or make some Whole 30 approved spice mixes which you can add to your meats to grill or pan fry them. You can also make soups,freeze them and double them as sauces when in a pinch.
  4. Hey, You can try lettuce wraps with chicken or pork meatballs with veggies and mayo.You can even add boiled egg and mayo with some mustard. I am sure kids will love assembling it together and eating with hands. I made this for a party once and it was over before all guests arrived Chhavi

    Hey, It helps to create a bunch of spice rubs ready to cook your chicken breast or a fillet of fish fast. It also helps to have a basic tomato sauce in hand to add to your potatoes or meats. Also chuck fish or chicken in a aluminium foil with some garlic,lemon and olive oil and bake for 20 minutes in the oven.You can add the veggis in the same pouch. regards Foodcow

    Ginger-Coriander sauce Coriander stalk-Fist full(can use Cilantro also) Dry Coconut-2 tbsp Green Chilli-1 Ginger-1 thumb Salt-To taste blitz everything together with some water and you have a sauce Cashew Sauce Soaked Cashews-6 Lemon Juice-1 Lemon Dried Rosemary-1/2 tbsp Chili flakes-1 tsp Onion-1-chopped Oil-1 tsp Salt to taste Saute onion in the oil,Blitz rest of the ingredients with 2 tbsp of water and add to onions.Cook for 2-3 minutes.     Hey guys, You can make a South Indian(Kerala) Prawn curry using the below instructions. INGREDIENTSMedium sized Prawns deveined & cleaned 500 gms Coconut milk-200 ml Mustard seeds-1 tsp Cumin seeds-1 tsp Oil-1 tsp Garlic-2 cloves Turmeric-1 tsp Fresh Red or Green Chilli-2-chopped Salt to taste or 1 1/2 tsp Onion-1 large-chopped Curry leaves-10-15 leaves Kokum-2 pieces/Tamarind pulp-1 tbsp/Lemon juice-1 tbsp Pepper-1 tsp(optional) RECIPE Heat a pot on medium flame. Add the oil.Heat for 5 seconds Add the mustard seeds and cumin.When they start to splutter add the curry leaves.chilli and garlic.Saute for 10-15 seconds. Add the onion and sauté till they are light brown or golden.This should take 1-2 minutes. Add the cleaned prawn,Coconut milk and kokum or tamarind or lemon juice.Add ¼ cup of water. Season with salt and pepper.Add turmeric. Bring it to boil and cook till the prawns turn orange. regards Foodcow

    Hi guys, I am on my first whole30 here in india. It's difficult to get good whole30 approved food outside so i have to cook at lot.     Hi Guys! Made this most amazing breakfast with the Basic whole30 homemade mayonnaise recipe. Just 2 boiled eggs,some mustard,coriander leaves wrapped in crunchy iceberg lettuce.All of this is packed and held together using a skewer or a toothpick.
