I'm a nurse in a busy L&D unit and love it! I've worked night shift for 11 years. I have 3 kids (9, 17, 22) and have been married for 19 years. I have been a yoyo dieter since my early 20s and have lost (then regained) enough weight to make an elephant!! I also suffer from IBS, migraines, depression, and allergies, and hope that living the paleo lifestyle will help me see improvements in my physical and mental health. With the Whole30 books and support I'm off to a good start.
