    I DID IT!!!! I made homemade mayo!!!!! After a previous failure I was afraid to try again, but I followed CaGrl's advice as well as praxisproject troubleshooting tips (I thought I was failing at first but then added another egg, and the magic happened immediately!!!)
     
    I used 1/2 coconut oil and 1/2 olive oil.
     
    Now I'm going to google all the Whole30 recipes I can find that I can use this Magic Mayo in!

    Immersion  is the way to go.. No need for room temp egg..  I use a wide mouth mason jar.. Leave the immersion blender on the bottom for a little bit then slowly pull it up… You can watch it coming together..  Doesn't take long at all… Takes longer to wash the stick blender than it does to make the mayo
