    I'm starting on 9/6! Anyone else too?

    I am too! I was going to start on the 5th and felt like today was a better fit. Had egg muffins, bacon and roasted sweet potatoes for M1, salad w/Grilled turkey breast and homemade balsamic vinegarette along with more sweet potatoes for M2 and beef, peppers, zucchini and some cauliflower rice for M3. Had a whole 30 approved Lara bar as a snack to get me through. Still pretty nervous about this journey. Excited to take this journey with you all!

    Starting Whole 30 on September 5th

    It's great to have you on this journey with us! I can totally see how it would be hard to stay compliant on a trip to Scotland! What an amazing trip that must have been. Anytime I have stuck to clean eating (only once!) I couldn't believe how good I felt! I'm hoping Whole 30 will help me finally make healthy eating a permanent choice.

    I'm trying to get things ready and prepped for this too. I'm so over my current food lifestyle that I'm really wanting to start now! The anticipation is killing me.
  7. I am starting Whole 30 on September 5. I'm hoping to heal my gut, immune system and my thyroid. As well as improve my mood and over all well being and health. I'm excited about the program and a little nervous, as most of you probably are/were.
