Hi there. What if a group of us introduced ourselves in this forum topic, and checked back to support each other throughout the month? I signed up to do the January 2022 Whole30 on the website. The email from Melissa informs me that this officially starts January 3. I also have a couple of friends in my local town who are going for it. How about you? Are you doing a January 3 or a January 1 start date? Have you tried Whole30 before? It would be great if you could answer using complete sentences, and without a lot of Internet or Whole30 abbreviations, which can get confusing...

Hi my name is Rachel and I am starting Whole 30 tomorrow. I'm a little bit nervous because I have never been able to stick to changes that have to do with food. I get really bad cravings and have always caved. It's so important to me that I do this for so many reasons. Has anyone else been successful after years of trying to stick to food changes? I can do this! Thank you for reading.

Fortunately for me I can get by the smell (although I tend to avoid bringing them to work to spare my co-workers). But several handfuls of salad greens topped with sardines, salt, pepper, balsamic, avocado, and olive oil just hits the spot!!! And it takes under 1 minute to prepare....what R

Although there isn't an official 7 day meal shopping list, I created my own for you to use with the new Whole30 book if you want. This is for one person. I was unable to find recipes for slow cooker beef brisket and plantains in the new Whole30 book. So I used the Braised Beef Brisket recipe instead. You will have to find a pan fried plantain recipe and add those ingredients to the list. I hope this helps. Enjoy!Shopping List for 7 day meal plan.pdf If you're having trouble downloading the shopping list, try this link instead.
