  1. My wife and I just started a Whole30 and need a few snack options to have as we got rolling. I picked up these Tillamook 0 Sugar beefy jerky thinking we’d be in the clear but just saw the last item on the ingredients is “casing colored with caramel and carmine”. Does this make these a no go? thanks!
  2. With Vanilla Extract and Other Botanical Extracts now being allowed on Whole30, does that include Almond Extract? I found a post form 2017 saying it was not allowed, but I believe that was before this rule change. Thanks!
  3. Hi Community, I'm on day 4 of the Whole30. It's been ok. I'm definitely tired, but I was tired before because of the sugar spike and drops for my previous carb and sugar heavy diet. Based on the my co-worker's experiences, the book, and looking at some of the comments of the forum this is to be expected. I'm a big grazer so I'm stuggling with trying not to snack and failing miserably. Also I had the vertical sleeve about 6 1/2 years ago.
