    Panera Chicken

I was wondering if the chicken from panera that they use for their salads is whole30 compliant.
  3. Hello! My girlfriend and I are preparing to start the Whole30 but we have several bags of frozen Great Value chicken breasts that say they contain either “chicken broth powder” or “chicken broth” but we haven’t been able to find online what the ingredients are within these broths. We’d hate to have to buy more chicken though because we’re both grad students. Would these be compliant?
  4. So this recipe looked delicious: like REALLY delicious. Obviously, heavy cream and parmesan are out, so I tweaked the recipe - take out the bad stuff and substitute with 3/4 cup of coconut cream... CRAZY GOOD!! (It goes without saying: brown the chicken in ghee.) You don't miss the cream and parmesan at all, and you don't taste the coconut - you just get the creaminess. I made it for company and they went nuts over it. Making it next time we have people for dinner too (don't judge - they don't know each other ).
