    Energy Balls

Hi! I recently saw a recipe for energy balls with ingredients that are all Whole30 compliant, but I'm not sure if this is a dessert replacement. These are the ingredients: 2 cups medjool dates (pits removed); ½ cup roasted almonds; ½ cup almond butter; ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut, divided; pinch of salt. I thought I would ask since I'm on day 14 and definitely NOT interested in breaking my Whole30 for this. Thanks!

    Are this milk compliant?

Hey lovely people, so I love lattes and I usually go to this coffee shop that I love and asked them what alternative choices for regular milk they have and they said "almond and coconut" so I asked them if they could show me the boxes they came in to check in for the ingredients ( they were super nice and agreed immediately) so this is what they serve: Are they compliant or nah? The ingredients are in spanish so I really don't know.. it looks compliant to me but I also I was thinking it was to good to be true that my favorite coffee shop had compliant coconut or almond milk.. so what do you guys think?
  3. Hey everyone. I've been doing the whole30 for 28 days, but this is my first time joining in the forum. I've had the most problems with finding alternatives to Almonds (milk, flour, bars, butter, etc.)! I am allergic to Almonds, and it was this reason that I looked to the whole30: my allergy appeared out of nowhere last June and sent me to the hospital; since then it's been no almonds for me, which has been very difficult since I used to be in the gym a lot and Almond-coconut milk was my go-to (and most available) for blending and recovery. In the w30, I've noticed there is a lot of Almond substituted in, and not having that available has not only been mentally frustrating, it's been distracting me from feeling accomplished, or like the resources I've got available to me are not the WHOLE set that are available for others, and that has been very discouraging. So I want to know, does anyone else suffer from specifically ALMOND ALLERGIES, and what have you done to get around it, or how has it been for you?

    Almond cheese Sirataki

The almond cheese is made out of almonds water, salt, enzyme, non preservative, no sugar, nothing else. It's legal? And what about Miracle noodles? Thanks a lot!

    Almond Milk

I am trying to find an almond milk that is okay to consume while on Whole30. The best option I can find at my local store is Silk PureAlmond Unsweetened Original All Natural Almond Milk. http://www.walmart.com/ip/Silk-PureAlmond-Unsweetened-Original-All-Natural-Almondmilk-32-fl-oz-Pack-of-6/33655423#Ingredients After reviewing the ingredients, I think they are all compliant, but I am not sure about the "Sunflower Lecithin". Is it okay to have?
