  1. SO hubbs and I are on day R1D3 and he's already sick of eggs! He found a recipe . First off, if my hubster finds a recipe and offers to make it, I am so game. But is this really compliant? I realize the ingredients are all Whole30 compliant, but the actual bar-type meal seems questionable to me--sort of a cookie/brownie/dessert-ish thing, no? Please help me not think so hard!! Thanks!

    Apple cider

    I see that the ketchup recipe uses apple cider, but the apple cider that i know in some countries has alcohol which is not Whole30 allowed. Can it be that this apple cider is just normal apple juice? The Portuguese version of the book just mentions apple cider, and for Portuguese or Brazilians, that one has alcohol... What do you recommend to replace it with?

    Meal preps

    Hi there, 1st time poster and member here, about to start my 2nd full round (about 6 over all with failures) and due to time restraints i am looking to prepare and cook up on a sunday to help with mornings and meal1 .... 1) How long will cooked diced bacon last in the fridge if cooked up on a Sunday 2) How long will sweet potato fried up last in the fridge (wanting to make sweet potato and apple hash) Thanks, round 2 starts Wednesday 26th October 2016
  4. I am on day one! I was planning on eating almond butter and apples for my snacks at 1030 am while I am at work. I thought I read somewhere that eating almond butter Is a bad idea? I was planning on eating this about 5 days a week at work between my breakfast and lunch, I also need to eat around 330 or 4 pm snack. Any advice would be appreciated.

    Apple Juice

    So I'm confused - in the book it says Fruit Juice is compliant - just don't use it as a substitute for a meal - fair enough. Then I'm reading on the form fruit juice should not be taken at all. So which is it? I have a small glass of juice (120ml) in the morning - I make sure there is no added sugar in it and its just pure Apple or Orange. I also tack this on to my overall fruit consumption for the day., and drink water for the rest of the day as well. I should also mention (if it helps) - I do high interval training daily at Orange Theory Fitness, which allows me to burn off more calories while I'm asleep - so I wake up STARVING and even shaky.
