  1. I'm on day 11 on Whole30. For the last 3 days, I've noticed my eyes are a little bloodshot. Some pick streaks in the whites of my eyes and some pink around my eyes too. I don't have a cold or allergies right now as far as I can tell. I think I recall this being a side effect of adjusting to the keto diet, so I was wondering if it can also happen on Whole30? If so, what's causing it? Am I not eating enough of a certain kind of food? Also, I am drinking 64-96 oz of water a day. Other than that, I'm feeling okay so far. Week 2 I have felt pretty lethargic, but I am hopeful the newfound energy is right around the corner! I feel that my meals keep me satisfied until the next meal time. Thanks for any help!
