Hi there! I'm 8 days in to my Whole30 and going really strong! I did however have a question about something I ate yesterday. My husband order frites (fries) from a local restaurant yesterday. I asked the server what they were cooked in and he said canola oil. I ate maybe 4 fries off of my husbands plate because I was thinking these were compliant. After reading a lot of things I now realize that while the ingredients were compliant these weren't because they were fried. Big question... Do I have to start over?
