  1. too much coconut or cashew

I made a delicious cashew "butter" that is cashew, basil, lemon, garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil. I'm eating it on salads and vegetables. Then I discovered Cashew "MALK" which is 3 ingredients & tastes wonderful. I'm using coconut cream in my coffee every day and tea. Is this too much?? I tend to believe in moderation in all things - but the cashew thing is really working for me for replacing the cream and dairy that is typically a significant part of my diet. Is it possible to "overdo it" with cashew or coconut? I know pine nuts, pumpkin, and sunflower seeds are on the caution list - those used to be staples in my diet as well.
  2. Cashew yogurt?

I found a compliant (ingredient wise) cashew yogurt. I am doing the vegetarian plan, eating eggs and seafood for protein. My body doesn't tolerate dairy. I am hoping to add a small amount of this yogurt once a day or so when I need a break from eggs. Is this an ok alternative to kefir or greek yogurt that's allowed on the vegetarian plan? If so, are there recommendations to how often it's eaten?
  3. I have never had sour cream in my life. I was thinking of making cashew sour cream and add a bit of it to one of my daily meals for my fat source. Is that allowed or is it considered SWYPO? I generally have a handful of cashews in one meal but I wanted to spice things up a bit. PS - Avocadoes are hard to find here and I don't like mayonnaise/ranch, so I am really tight with my fat options
  4. I make a cashew "alfredo" sauce, using ghee, cashews, garlic, and coconut milk. I can't seem to find anything on it, but it seems like it might be a "SWYPO" kind of deal. Is it?
