  1. I tried looking around on the forum but haven't found exactly this - so I thought I'd start a thread of my own. I am a visual learner, and find it helpful to see photographic examples to help me understand and learn better. So I wondered if other people who were thinking of trying out a Whole 30, or who were well into a Whole 30 but were a little bored with what they're eating, might benefit from a pictorial review of what's on my plate. I encourage others to join in and post photos of what you've cooked and are eating to give the rest of us some ideas as well! Through this pictorial review, I hope we can all be inspired to cook something new, try an ingredient we've never used before, and realize that eating healthy doesn't have to mean eating complicated. Without further ado, I present my most common breakfast-- not gorgeous, not complicated, but compliant, delicious and filling: eggs fried in coconut oil, sliced baked Yukon gold potatoes topped with generous blobs of homemade mayo, and a piece of fruit (in this case it was clementine):
  2. I am on day 10 and am after some more 'creative' ideas for a post workout meal, as I've stuck to my 'safe' meal, which is sweet potato and chicken with different selection of veg and greens. Can anybody recommend alternatives please? I eat eggs as a preworkout too, so any alternatives to this would be helpful too. Thanks in advance.
  3. Hello! I am part of an amazing group on here called the Dirty30. Some of us have done one and some two W30s together. On our second round, we decided we would make great attempts to eat creatively and challenge ourselves with new ingredients. I posted an ingredient of the day, each day of the Whole30 journey, with links to compliant recipes. I thought these might be helpful to other people, as well as for our group to have in one place, so I am posting the “Ingredient of the Day” posts in their entirety, on this thread. ENJOY! (UPDATE: subsequent to this the Dirty 30 did another W30, and we did 30 more Ingredients of the Day. You can find Part 2 here: http://forum.whole9life.com/topic/22006-30-more-ingredient-of-day-links-for-each-day-of-the-whole-30-part-2/)
