  1. Hey everybody! So I discover this forum now, I am a bit late but I started my first whole 30 a week ago. Why? Just because it felt right and that way I had a few days to prepare and not rush into it, and because on january 28 is my 23rd birthday and finishing whole30 and checking any results seems like a good gift, as well as having taken the first of many steps to bettering my relationship with food. It´s been a week so far and I am doing well. How are you? Let me know about you in the comments, or tell me if you´re also in day 7 by any chance I am from Spain and I don´t think here this is a very popular programm xP Cheers. I am looking for some support or anyone who wants to share their experience over here along with mine, even if we are on different days

    Starting in December

    I purchased the Whole30 book some months back. This past Friday, I purchased the planner which got me looking for my book. After discussing it with my husband I decided to plan and prepare now and start in December. I have have so many sensitivities, I don’t really know what’s causing them. I heard many good things about Whole30 and we’re hoping it will help when we start trying for a baby again.

    I just heard about this and started to read about it. I have made a fairly quick decision that I want to try the Whole 30 program. Thanksgiving is next week and I will need some time to prepare for the program anyway so I am going to set my start date as Monday, December 1st. I have been overweight for about 14 years now, ever since my first child was born. I have gained weight at various times throughout the years. I gained weight each time I had a bought of depression. I gained a few pounds every time I tried to quit smoking and about 30 pounds when I finally succeeded. I am about 170 pounds overweight. I have gotten to the point of seriously considering bariatric surgery. I have hypertension, heart palpitations, acid reflux, arthritis in my knees, back pain, and a myriad of other problems. I need to lose weight, now! In the last 2 months I have lost about 10 pounds but I seem to be stuck. I really hope this helps me.
