Hey guys! I'm starting my whole 30 tomorrow!!!! I was originally planning Feb. 15th mostly b/c of a girl's night that is this weekend & then going to my grandparents' the next. However, after some medical stuff & me starting to get tired of waiting ... I decided to bump it up knowing that I can do this w/ these 2 obstacles (Valentine's Day I am not worried about as the hubby & I typically buy a steak and make it ourselves & I can easily make Whole 30 compliant fancy meal for us). Anyway, I am a little stuck on what to make that will be Whole 30 complaint but also something my friends will enjoy. They will be bringing other things too so I also want to make sure I can eat and be happy with what I have made myself & not have wishful thinking otherwise. I have a friend who is gluten free & doesn't drink so I know I won't be the only person not drinking which will help too.
