  1. I am so amped on starting and want to start right away but we will be on a trip in 2 weeks where staying on track won't really be possible for about 4 days. I feel gross and want to make a change NOW and I don't mind starting over. Would there be a downside to starting, taking 4 days off and then starting again on day 1? Any alternatives? I thought about just eliminating sugar for now and then starting strong after the trip.
  2. I am on day 12 and just feel bitchy! I am snappy at work, angry at home, where is the joy? I was so excited about this eating plan and was so hoping that it would be the answer to my skin lesions, weight issues, thyroid and high BP (BP has been higher)! And I've been having restless legs at night and not sleeping well at all. I saw a post about CALM and will try that. I am also unable to just do three meals. Between lunch and when I get home to cook dinner can sometimes be 6-7 hours so I've been having a few pieces of beef jerky with carrot and snap peas or nuts and the same veggies. I welcome thoughts, ideas, a kick in the behind, I want to make it through the 30 days!
  3. Damn, I'm so glad to have found the W30 timeline on what to expect... I'm thrilled to know I'm not alone! Day 11 for me is RAGINGLY hard: there are temptations everywhere! Gluten-free samples to try at work, future mother-in-law innocently buying me a gluten-free cupcake & my fiancé bringing it home, all proud, forgetting I can't have sugar!!!!!!!!! Enough to make me want to cry... which I did, a little... but I didn't cheat!!! I sure hope the upcoming days are better, as the timeline suggests!!!! Phew!!! Ok, I'm done for now!!!
