Into my third week of the Whole30 and starting to think about life after 30 days. I'm looking at keeping a food journal to see if I can pin-point any specific sensitivities when I start introducing foods back into my diet. Has anyone used "mySymptoms" for the iPhone to find food sensitivities with any success? Any feedback would be appreciated. https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/mysymptoms-food-symptom-tracker/id405231632?mt=8 Thanks.
Hi Folks, Any recommendations for a mobile food journal/logging/tracking app that is Whole9-life helpful (not necessarily Whole30...but obviously that would be great, too!)? Before my Whole30 revelations I used My Fitness Pal which was cool for caloric purposes...but now that I don't track calories I'm at a loss. Thank you! Margot
Matt Mecham, our fabulous forum developer, has integrated this forum with Tapatalk, a $2.99 application to help you manage all of your forums. You can see more about the app here: http://www.tapatalk.com/ To participate in the Whole30 forum via Tapatalk, just install the app on your mobile device, log in through Facebook, assign your settings and then search for "Whole30" to select our board. The app is pretty slick, and makes browsing and responding to our forum easy. Of course, you can always simply view the forum through its own (free) mobile view on your iPhone and such, but if you belong to multiple forums across the interwebs, this app might just come in handy. Thanks to moderator Renee Lee for suggesting this addition! Enjoy.
