Hello! I hope you are having a great day. Yes, this first day is supposed to be easy. So far everything is inline. I had my breakfast ready last night and my coffee prepped. Good start but I need to keep it up. Last night my digestive issues were extremely bad. I recently found out my issues revolve around stomach acid and am including a glass of warm lemon water before breakfast and doing a stomach acid test everyday for the next five days. Hello all! My name is Sarah and I am new to Whole 30! I had not even really heard of this regimen until recently. For the past two years I have been struggling with my health and weight. I had previously lost a lot of weight in high school on Weight Watchers and maintained that through some of college. Hi, So I will start off by saying totally failed reintroduction. I completed a whole45, and I was contemplating making it to 60 days, but at the last minute thought, "let me try this and see how I feel." I didn't think too much about reintroduction because I planned, and have, basically maintained the whole30 diet. I feel so much better this way, and I love the meals I make! I just want the occasional ice cream once in awhile. And of course, when my face broke out I thought well is it from _____ or ______ or ________?
