    Day 15 and still struggling

I’m half way through my first round of whole 30, and still struggling with energy and bloating. Does the energy ever increase? Does the bloating ever disappear? I was hoping to figure out what foods cause bloating but it seems everything I eat bothers me. I’m committed to all 30 days but not really seeing benefits yet... Any advice from someone who has been there?
  2. Hi, I'm in day 17 of the whole 30 and I am still feeling very tired. Feel like I can nap at any time. Also had tummy problems since Day 10. Is this normal? I'm eating higher quantities of meat, veggies, fats, nuts and smaller portions of fruit. I'm eating enough, haven't been hungry. I've really felt the difference of the whole30 while exercising & sleeping, but not in other times of the day. I do not have any medical condition, always been healthy and my energy has been normal. What can I do about this? Because I don't want to be sleepy at work for the next 13 days left. Thank you!
  3. I am used to working out with a trainer 3 times per week with circuit training of at least a moderate to high level. The workouts are tiring, but I always get through them. I am currently on day 9, and my past two workouts have left me exhausted to the point I have had to sit down and rest during the workouts--not usual for me at all. Also, I have noticed just a general lack of energy over the past 5 days of the program. My trainer likes the idea of my new healthy eating, but she does not agree with such a lack of carbohydrates-especially on days that I am working out. Any ideas on why I am feeling so tired, and also, what I should do on my work out days to boost my energy level to get through these workouts without exhaustion? I keep waiting for the tiger blood, but I think I have sloth blood at the moment.
  4. I am on day 21 of my second attempt at a whole30. I apparently have a stomach bug and woke up on day 2 of sickness feeling weak. Since we just got a foot and a half of snow dumped on us we are unable to leave to get supplies. I am kinda burnt out on eggs and potatoes so are there any other suggested foods/drinks to ingest to help with energy and to settle my stomach? Thanks in advance.
  5. I started the Whole30 because I felt tired and run-down all the time. I had a physical with extensive testing, and there's nothing medically wrong with me. I am a healthy weight and was eating a mostly gluten-free, mostly dairy-free, mostly sugar-free diet. I thought the Whole30 would help. I'm on Day 19 without knowingly deviating from the plan, and I don't feel well at all. I'm moody and having trouble concentrating. My skin broke out (it was blemish-free before) and looks sallow. I'm sleeping terribly with random waking and leg cramps. I've been eating wonderful meals but I feel worse than I did before. I also read the trouble shooting section of the book and tried the protein snack an hour before bed with no change. What am I doing wrong?
